Our Policy & Conditions

We exercise care and caution in processing your items entrusted to us.  We use products and processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of average laundry items at a cursory glance.  We strictly follow the instructions provided by the products we use to launder your items, unless you indicate to us differently. 

We cannnot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects/stains in materials or attachments that are not brought to our attention prior to processing.  This includes items that are intended for Dry Clean Only OR Special Handling Care by manufacturer.  It is your responsibility to indicate any special care or treatment of specific items included.  Additional charges my apply. 

PLEASE empty all pockets & shake out debris prior to service.

In laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss or transfer; or against damage to weak and delicate fabrics.  We are not responsible for manufacturer's defects.  We cannot guarantee removal of stains; stains can appear after laundering due to dryer heat or storage. 

Please pick up within 24-48 hours.  We cannot hold your items, anything left unpaid more than 30 days is subject to disposal or donation.  Missing/damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of service.  Unless a list is agreed upon and accompanies your laundry, our account of your items must be accepted.  Our company's liability with respect to any lost or damaged items shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.
